BuzBooks is pleased to provide a detailed advisory commercial proposal to you (the author) for Cover Design services. The proposal captures BuzBooks understanding of the requirement and also provides the solution along with commercial terms.

BuzBooks has provided pricing based on requirement shared by the author.
Please refer to the quote you received in the email as an attachment.

• This quote is valid for a period of 15 days from date of submission of proposal.
• Full payment will be taken in advance.
• BuzBooks will not start the project unless it receives the payment and is not responsible for any delay due to non-receipt of payment.

• BuzBooks will be allowed to use the author’s testimonial along name of publication on its marketing collateral including brochure and website.
• If the author decides to terminate the engagement prior to receiving completed files, then BuzBooks will return the material received from the author and destroy the data that has no future consequence. The material created exclusively for the author will remain the property of the author and also be returned. No backups will be maintained after the termination of contract.
• BuzBooks is not liable and will not refund any part or whole of the payment made for the project.
• The author indemnifies BuzBooks of any responsibilities/liabilities arising due to copyright violations globally.
